This policy describes how Cybertect handles information submitted through this marketing website. Data handling for a paid or pilot engagement may be covered by additional written terms.
When you contact us, we collect the information you enter: name, work email, message, selected topic, and any optional company or role information.
The contact service also records the submission time, browser user-agent, referring page, time between loading and submitting the form, and a salted one-way hash derived from the request IP address. The service does not write the IP address itself to the contact record. The hash is pseudonymous operational data used to identify repeated form abuse; it should not be treated as anonymous in every legal context.
Accepted form submissions are written to contact records stored outside the website's public directory. If an internal notification integration is configured, submission details may also be sent to the service used by Cybertect to alert the team. Information may otherwise be disclosed to service providers acting for Cybertect, professional advisers, authorities when legally required, or a successor in a business transaction.
Cybertect retains contact information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above. No fixed public retention period is promised by this policy.
This site uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to measure aggregate site usage: which pages are visited, how visitors arrive, and approximate geography. To do this, Google Analytics sets browser cookies (with names beginning with _ga) that distinguish your browser across pages and return visits, and transmits usage events to Google servers, which may process them in the United States or other countries. Cybertect has not enabled advertising features; the data is used for site measurement only.
Google Analytics loads only after you accept it in the cookie banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and the site works normally. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer. You can additionally prevent measurement by blocking cookies for this site in your browser, using a content blocker, or installing Google's opt-out browser add-on. Details on how Google processes this data are described in Google's privacy policy.
Cybertect uses measures intended to protect contact information, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. This policy does not claim any security certification or guarantee absolute security.
You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted by using the contact form. Cybertect will respond as required by applicable law and may retain information where there is a legitimate or legal reason to do so.
Information may be processed in a country different from your own. Any location-specific safeguards or contractual commitments will be stated in the applicable written agreement rather than assumed from this policy.
The service is intended for business users and is not directed to children. Please do not submit information about a child through the contact form.
Cybertect may update this policy as the website and service change. The date above identifies the current version.
Questions or requests may be sent through the contact form.
