These terms govern access to this website and any Cybertect service provided without a separate written agreement. A proposal, order form, or other signed agreement may add to or replace these terms for a specific engagement.
Cybertect provides tools and services that observe and analyze advertising, measurement, and related website behavior. Service scope and deliverables depend on the applicable written agreement.
You may use the website and service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with any applicable agreement. You must not disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content, overload the contact endpoint, or use Cybertect to violate another party's rights.
You are responsible for determining whether you have the authority needed for any requested scan, data submission, or use of a report.
Cybertect results describe observations made under particular scan conditions. Website behavior varies, and results may be incomplete or contain false positives or false negatives. A finding does not by itself prove fraud, intent, contractual breach, regulatory non-compliance, or behavior outside the observed session.
Verify material findings independently before making legal, contractual, financial, enforcement, or media-allocation decisions.
Any score, classification, risk indicator, or financial estimate is an analytical output based on available observations and assumptions. It is not a guarantee of actual loss, future performance, inventory quality, or business outcome.
The service does not provide legal, accounting, compliance, or investment advice. Consult qualified advisers for those matters.
You retain rights in data you submit. You authorize Cybertect to process submitted data as needed to respond to your request or provide the agreed service. Do not submit data you are not authorized to share.
Except for customer-provided material, Cybertect retains its rights in the website, service, software, methods, and materials. No publication on this site grants a license to proprietary technology or confidential implementation details.
The beta service may change, be interrupted, or be withdrawn. Public descriptions are informational and do not create a commitment to deliver a feature unless it is included in a written agreement.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and any service provided without separate warranty terms are supplied “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties. Liability terms for a paid engagement should be stated in the applicable written agreement. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Use of the website is also subject to the Privacy Policy.
Cybertect may update these terms. The date above identifies the current website version. Changes do not silently amend a separately signed agreement.
Questions may be sent through the contact form.
